Unclaimed Property - Escheat Services
Due diligence to locate the owners of unclaimed escrow funds and prepare the yearly report to the states. Includes coordination to reissue stale checks and provide monthly reports with the status of each unclaimed check or balance.

1031 Exchange Services

Delayed Exchanges
A 1031 tax-deferred exchange allows disposition of investment properties and acquisition of "like-kind" properties while deferring federal capital gains taxes.
Improvement / Build-to-Suit Exchanges
Ensures the critical function of Qualified Intermediary is carried out with exceptional service and security when a taxpayer wants to acquire replacement property and build improvements on it during the exchange period.
Personal Property Exchanges

Provides a well-trained staff of title officers who complete a thorough examination of the Trustee Sale Guarantee for each property and identify and cure all title problems identified from the TSG examination.
